This statement is made on behalf of the Başaran Bayrak family and the companies controlled directly or indirectly by family members, primarily Çeksan Gemi İnşa, Çelik Konstrüksiyon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş..

All commercial, financial, corporate, social, personal, and familial relations between the Başaran Bayrak family and İlhan Bayrak and his children have been completely and irrevocably terminated.

As of this date, İlhan Bayrak and his children have no authority to represent, make commitments on behalf of, execute contracts for, conduct negotiations for, or make any statements on behalf of the Başaran Bayrak family, family members, our companies, or our vessels. Likewise, our companies and affiliated entities are in no way responsible for the activities, statements, commitments, and commercial transactions of İlhan Bayrak and his children.

In order to correctly inform the public, we would also like to state that; the corporate history, built and delivered vessels, vessel projects, client portfolio, client references, technical know-how, engineering works, commercial reputation, brand value, intellectual property rights, and all other tangible and intangible assets belonging to our companies and vessels have been created over many years and belong exclusively to the relevant right holders.

The use, promotion, or appropriation of the know-how, references, corporate history, project information, and other intellectual and commercial rights belonging to our companies and vessels by any person or entity in a manner that creates the impression of an existing or ongoing corporate bond, partnership, representation relationship, or historical continuity with the Başaran Bayrak family, our companies, or our vessels is not accepted.

We reserve all our legal and criminal rights regarding the protection of all our tangible and intangible rights, as well as our intellectual and commercial rights, pertaining to our companies and vessels.

We kindly request our business partners, customers, financial institutions, classification societies, flag administrations, suppliers, and all stakeholders to rely only on official statements made by us.
